Summary
Hajime feels so guilty for having lied to him, even if he never once meant to. And his heart feels so heavy, stabbed, the way it hurts and aches and bleeds for this. For a moment, he had a life somehow even more wonderful and bright than he’d ever dreamed of, a family with the man he loves. And then just as fast, his life changes again, and he instead has a heavy sadness and a problem that he doesn’t know what to do with.
Their baby has gone, in no time at all, from the greatest gift to a burden Hajime wishes he didn’t have. What is he supposed to do? He can’t see the look on Nagito’s face when he finds out Hajime is going to force him to change his whole life and future for him. He can’t. He wants this baby, but if Nagito doesn’t, Hajime doesn’t either. But he’s already pregnant. This isn’t an idea, it’s a reality. Hajime looks up from his stomach, made sick by it now, and stares off, and he just wonders what the fuck he’s supposed to do now.
Alternatively: Shortly after his marriage, Hajime realizes that, unware he even could be, he's pregnant. Quickly, Hajime decides he wants this. But he's terrified Nagito might not feel the same. Izuru tries to keep his own issues to himself in the middle of it all.

The weight shifting on the foot of the bed broke Hajime's train of thought as he realized Nagito had sat down next to him. Like he was mirroring him, instead of just laying down right away.
"If you try to spoon me or some shit, I'll kill you and then myself," Hajime mumbled, his eyes still trained on the floor.

Summary
The room exploded – metaphorically, thankfully – from a final flash that set off like a firework and blew out the surrounding balcony windows.
There was a sharp gasp that didn’t come from Glinda, then a sudden silence as the tower and everything in it ceased shaking. As all sound cut out, so did the lightshow, the floating Grimmerie going dark prior to dropping to the ground.
A dust cloud swirled upwards from the loud impact, sending Glinda into a fit of coughs. She fanned at it, clearing the air and her airways.
Then – oh, Oz – the most wondrous voice met her ears. “What in the…? Glinda?”
So wondrous, in fact, that she couldn’t bring herself to believe she’d heard it at all.
Or: Glinda the Good has spent the last several years ruling over Oz, fixing it into her dearest friend’s dying wish. The hardest of her work is done, and having learned to use the Grimmerie, she’s finally prepared to attempt the impossible – bringing back Elphaba Thropp.
