Summary
Vincent was different than the other kids. And no, that wasn't a 'pick-me' mentality; he was the scientific, literary, and political OPPOSITE of his peers. He knew, his family knew it, the school knew it, and all of Gotham did when they saw the family title hitched to his first name. Outside of it all, he was a proud heir with mixed heritage and enough nerve and steel to set anyone on edge, from his classmates to the business partners his family met. There was something about Vincent that set off the human's natural survival instinct. Some people thought it was just his family's background or the quirkiness of a rich kid, but those closer to him, allies and enemies alike, knew the truth.
Some said it was his elastic personality, snapping from stony to chipper in a second. However, the most commonly expressed opinion was about the eyes. Even with the boy's innate ability to mask everything about himself, he could never get the eyes right. Two intense amber irises that hid something darker. Always calculating with a frosty sheen despite the fiery shade. The sight of the boy was always unsettling. To Vincent, it was as hilarious. Yet achingly dull.
That is, until Gotham Academy received a new student.

Summary

Jason Todd is brooding, arrogant, and scarred by more than just trauma: a walking disaster with a tongue sharp enough to draw blood. But Roy figures he can handle it. He’s seen worse. Done worse. Hell, standing half-naked in front of strangers doesn’t even crack his Top Ten Most Embarrassing Moments.
Dodging bullets in broad daylight, though? Yeah. That definitely wasn’t in the job description.

Summary
Jason has arrived at a point in his life where he honestly doesn’t question things anymore. There are only so many absurdities and bullshit one can go through before simply accepting whatever fresh hell life is tossing him into.
The newest one seems to be what can only be described as a geriatric home for grumpy assassins.
He absolutely can’t see the appeal, but as usual no one’s asking him for his opinion. Nevertheless, Jason is stuck up here, whether he likes it or not.
After Jason’s death he came back angry with a clear mission and thirst for vengeance. But what if he didn’t have that? If he just came back as a teenager with an inability to take things seriously and absolutely no sense of direction? -

All the air in Steve’s lungs was drained in an instant.
“Bucky?!” He whispered, his voice trembling.
