Summary
Momota Kaito and Ouma Kokichi have a lot in common, even though at first glance they look like polar opposites. After they die, they realize that the killing game was just a simulation, but now they have to rebuild their mental health at the hospital. Their death kind of connects them, and they try to be more vulnerable with eachother in order to get better.

Before he knew it, midnight was upon him. The lamp on his desk suddenly snapped off, along with his laptop set off to the side. For a long moment, he paused, wondering if there was a power outage.
But it wasn’t that.
He lifted his head and gazed out the window, out at the green sky and the blinding green moon above. Giant and full, it bathed everything it touched in its otherworldly glow. If it weren’t so abnormal and unsettling, it could almost be beautiful.
Shuichi expects nothing but an ordinary school life when he moves into Iwatodai Dorm. Instead, his daily life is turned inside out from the moment he steps off the train.

When Ouma, Momota, Harukawa, Saihara and Akamatsu get separated from their class during a class field trip to the mountains. The last thing they all expected was to fall into a cave with a massive robot Blue Lion in it, go into said Lion at Momota's insistence, go out to space, leave the solar system via a massive wormhole, meet two Aliens, and be told that they now have to Pilot 5 colourful robot Lions that make one bigger robot called Voltron so they can fight in an over 10k year war against space Nazi's.
Or as Ouma calls it, a casual Tuesday.

Kaito believes this world is built on logic and science. Therefore no such thing as ghosts should exist (thank god), or for that matter, any type of supernatural being.
His new housemate, Ouma Kokichi on the other hand believes, the funniest thing is pretending to be an undead being, and the fact he is an excellent liar doesn't help either.
Kaito knows his truth, he knows it doesn't matter how much Kokichi likes to play with him, there is the explainable, and there are the fairy tales.
But how long does it take for Kaito to realise not just his new feelings, but the secret of Kokichi that will change his whole life.
