Summary
Magic will follow intent. He has been told that in every class, every year, since he first stepped foot in Hogwarts. No spell, no potion—nothing will work unless your intent is clear and your mind is focused. So he’s not really surprised to find himself here once again—on the precipice of highly improbable, though not impossible, magic.
After all, he is “The Boy Who Lived.” So he’ll figure out a way to live through this like he always does, because Harry Potter always perseveres—even if he can’t be “Harry Potter” anymore, and it’s 1974, and Voldemort is at the height of his power, and Severus Snape has, weirdly enough, really pretty eyes.

Castiel blinks and glances at his daughter. He’d assume that would be obvious, since she's still wearing her current favorite—a yellow-gold sixteen-gauge curved bar, with tiny cone-shaped spikes on either end. “Yes?” he finally answers. What a lot of fuss about a tiny piercing.
“Well, so what if she wanted a tattoo?” Emma presses. “Like. Just a little one. You wouldn’t have her sneak around and go to some scratcher, would you? You’d take her yourself and stuff. Since you know people in the industry. That'd be the right thing to do, yeah?”
Castiel’s eyebrows rise. Claire smiles, smug and pleased with herself.
“Um. That’s… I don’t…” he flounders.
“What the hell. Kiddo, I told you ‘no,’ so now you’re tryin’ to get your friends’ parents to tell you 'Yes?'” a warm, deep voice growls over Castiel’s shoulder. “What’s the matter with you?”

Wait… what?
While Luna is very concerned with the amount of wrackspurts that Sam Winchester has, Harry is more concerned about the death glares he keeps receiving from Dean Winchester. Sam is very distracted by this pretty pixie girl who tells him how kind monsters are, how misunderstood. Dean is annoyed by the damned pretty boy wizard who is walking around his pseudo-dad’s house smiling and blushing.
Bobby Singer is just doing what any good man does and silently shipping these idjits that keep dancing around each other.
