Miyo raised an eyebrow at that, which made him immediately sit up straighter.
“I mean, uh- considering the way Quirkless people are often treated, it’d make sense if you wanted to avoid any unnecessary social situation.”
“Ah.” She stared at him for a few moments, eyes slightly widened in surprise.
How did he know that? Sure, discrimination towards Quirkless people wasn’t much of a secret, but for him to actually understand the ways it could affect them?
Did she just have low standards? Was that it?
