“I think it actually is,” he murmurs, pausing to sink his teeth into her stomach in a way that will startle but not mark. Elphaba yelps and then moans as he licks over the spot to soothe the sting, and Fiyero’s smile grows, triumphant, at the noise. “I think, sometimes, you know exactly what you want — but you don’t know how to ask for it.”
Elphaba scoffs, though the noise is decidedly less full of her usual irritation. “No, I definitely came here to study.”
Fiyero pulls back, hands on her hips and lips bright red and shiny with spit as he stares at her, blue eyes dancing with amusement.
“Oh okay, my bad. Let’s just—”

Fiyero is more than happy to help, and he needs a political agreement from Elphaba, anyway.
They make a deal: no feelings, no love, just sex. It ends at graduation.

By now, there's few lines Adam Karadec wouldn't cross to keep Morgan Gillory safe. If someone threatened her? He'd make them regret it. If someone hurt her? He wouldn't stop until they'd been brought to justice. If something worse happened... Well, he'd put all his energy into making sure her kids would be okay, and hopefully that'd be enough of a distraction to keep him from taking matters into his own hands. He knows Morgan would do the same for him. It’s just how they roll.
Ergo: if they're practically joined at the hip, each other's ride-or-dies, and Morgan's already (jokingly, he hopes) threatened to "deal with" several people on his behalf- then surely helping her now, when she's looking at him like he's water and she's been wandering Death Valley for far too long, isn't going to be crossing the line.
He'd do anything for her, if she asked him. That's just what good partners do.
...Right?

Sam sees it when three friends and his sister text him the link simultaneously, the morning after, just minutes after Sam’s woken up. Steve is lying beside him, looking perfect and peaceful after a rare full night’s sleep, and Sam is overcome with desperate anger, because they’ve ruined this, they’ve ruined the first really good moment he and Steve have had in a long time.

Their no turns into a yes when Evelyn overhears the Mike and Ginny and, from there, the Sanders and Padres soon realize that there's more to their relationship than the initially believed.

Summary
“What’s the plural for a group of Steves?” asks Natasha, and it’s weirdly comforting that the question has a hint of whimsical hysteria to it. Good, Bucky’s not the only one who’s not dealing well with all of this.
“A clusterfuck,” he says. “A clusterfuck of Steves.”
Despite how little sense his life has made since he got on a battlefield to fight a bunch of aliens, Bucky's pretty sure he knows exactly what's happened when a much older Steve appears after the mission to return the Infinity Stones: he left Bucky behind to get his much deserved happily ever after in the past. Only then another Steve shows up, and another. And Bucky realizes he still hasn't got any idea what's going on.
What he does have is a whole lot of Steves, a fraught relationship with his own Steve, and tentative plans to leave. But the more Bucky talks to all these different versions of Steve, the more he begins to wonder if leaving really is what's best for him and his Steve, or if there's a way to make something new out of their long friendship.
