Dazai and Chuuya are 19 year old partners in the Port Mafia. They have a routine.. they go to work, they fight, they get drunk, they fuck, repeat. They keep emotions out of it- or at least Chuuya tries to. He asks himself how much will be too much? How much more can he take? Short answer- there never will be too much, and he can take as much as is granted. He will continue throwing himself at Dazai for any scrap of affection he can get... It's never too much for him to handle. Not when Dazai Osamu is involved. As much as Chuuya hates himself for it, Dazai is the one weakness in his life that he will never be able to escape. But will Dazai ever feel the same? Probably not.. and Chuuya has learned to accept this.

Summary
When a few of Gotham's scum try to relocate to Yokohama for better business, the bats obviously chase after them. The problem? They weren't exactly welcome. The Yokohama government reaches out to the Port Mafia to monitor the bats during their stay. Mori puts his best men on the job. The bats aren't pleased to be babysat by a chaotic teenage duo, who kill on their boss's orders.

"What is going on, president?" Tanizaki inquired.
"I was just on the phone with Mori-sensei." Fukuzawa started, glancing at Atsushi, before closing his eyes. "He made up his mind on which member of the Agency is going to be transferred to the Port Mafia."
Atsushi tensed. A member of the Agency, transferred to the Port Mafia? Since when was that ever stated? Atsushi didn't even know about this until now, and he felt even more unnerved.
Tanizaki's lips slanted into a thin line, a crease forming between his brows. "...Who?" he questioned.
Fukuzawa's eyes fluttered open and zeroed in on Atsushi, as if staring into his soul.
"Atsushi."
He was transferred over to the Port Mafia?
He was going to be a member of the Port Mafia?
He had to commit crimes and go against his own morality?
Or-- Atsushi is the one who is transferred to the Port Mafia, challenging his morality and his purpose. At the same time, Akutagawa's lung disease was progressively getting worse and left him with only a few months left.
