Summary

He’s still holding out the ring between his fingers, frozen in bewilderment. Because Mu Qing didn’t say no (and Feng Xin had been pretty sure he wouldn’t, considering they had talked about it before and he seemed more than welcome to the idea) but he didn’t say yes either and right now he seems...angry? Still in shock, his eyes stay glued to the door Mu Qing disappeared behind. He hears furious muttering followed by a drawer being slammed shut just before the man in question emerges, looking incredibly pissed off.
Mu Qing marches over to Feng Xin and looks him in the eye. “Fuck you,” he says with relish, and then he’s dropping down to the floor right in front of him (on one knee, Feng Xin’s mind supplies helpfully) and holding open a small box and—oh.
“That’s a ring,” he says stupidly.

Suggestion 1: Propose over lunch in the apartment you share with your boyfriend with absolutely no warning. (Plot twist: he proposes back to you, as a treat.)

Summary
Nagi has spent most of his life watching other people live. He wouldn't say it's in a vicarious way, he gets no joy or excitement from watching the monotonous life of others. He just has nothing better to do. People are interesting. They're weird. Sometimes it can be amusing, listening to conversations and trying to understand how people even say the things they do, but it's never exciting. It never gets that tinge of boredom that lies in the back of his mind to disappear. At least, it never did until he began to watch Mikage Reo.
tldr: Nagi's feelings for Reo go beyond simple friendship and he decides to admit it
