England isn’t much of a world superpower these days; his house is empty, he doesn’t sail the seas, he doesn’t strut into rooms and command respect and fear and admiration all in one. He’s just some old man who can’t cook. Of course, there is one person who still can’t help but see that imaginary halo, who still holds England in high regard—so of course, it is this person who always cheers England up, in one way or another.
