Although, a kid gutsy enough to have done what he did, to still be surviving after having lost as much as he had, maybe he was actually better under pressure than anywhere else.
“A denial would be offensive, right?” Peter asked simply. “To your intelligence and stuff?”

Now, every Vulcan in San Francisco is reassessing the logical merits of taking Human bondmates.
Spock reads a Human/Vulcan romance novel because he can hardly avoid it. Suddenly, he is consumed by the need to locate the author, ascertain their wellbeing, and instruct them in the way of Vulcan mating bonds. Luckily for Spock, it doesn't take long to identify the author as Jim Kirk. Unluckily for Spock, Jim is unconscious and surrounded by interested Vulcans who also read the book.

When Tony recruited Spider-Man during the debacle of the Sokovia Accords, he never thought it would lead to anything else but a mentorship; giving the boy a suit and a few pointers here and there. He never dreamt that Peter would charm his way into Tony’s life, claiming a spot right next to Morgan. For a while, it looked like the universe finally gave Tony a break.
Until Spider-Man suddenly disappears.
For two years, Tony doesn’t stop looking for him, doing everything in his power to bring the boy back. But to no avail. It’s like the earth opened up and swallowed him, leaving behind nothing but a Peter-shaped hole in Tony’s heart.
Then, during one mission, they meet a HYDRA agent who can stick to walls and has a very familiar face.

There’s no one around him. No one to stop and wonder why the hell Spider-Man just screamed out a handful of swears and then proceeded to walk down the sidewalk as if nothing happened. Peter feels his webbing mold against his skin, chemicals burning and foaming as they mix with his blood until they eventually settle. He doesn’t care if he might’ve poisoned himself—the wound is covered, and he wants to go home.
And then he sees it. The almighty—a beacon glowing in the distance. A temple for the weary and the slightly stoned. A symbol of hope, and a glimmering light at the end of the foggy tunnel. A 7-Eleven.
There are two things on Peter’s mind now: pain and his craving for Airhead Extremes.
And then Karen’s voice startles him. “Incoming call from Tony Stark.”
