Summary
There is agony in yearning for what you cannot have; to have something so close, to feel the scalding brush of it against your fingertips, but unable to close around it and take. Something like a starving, carving you hollow deep, deep inside. The hours span as Macaque watches him, back pressed flat to the cold quartz. The walls seem to swell like the belly of a frog, every inch of the tomb dripping in divine prowess. Heaven had no shame in making its mark known. That little beast in his throat didn't like that thought; they had marked what did not belong to them.
Or: tombed au, where heaven seals wukong away and macaque finds him after his revival.

On the couch in the living room, Wukong turned around to find a confused looking Macaque. Once the black monkey still at the door frame noticed the drunk monkey looking at him, Wukong took a swig from the bottle in his hand.

Wukong is pregnant with macaques baby and that baby is mk. This is not remotely serious in the slightest, it's just a silly joke but still cute.
Short oneshot just centred around wukong being heavily pregnant and having to deal with all the discomfort of it while macaque lovingly takes care of him.

“You didn’t show up,” Wukong points out from the bottom of the tree, and there’s nothing behind it. For such a loaded sentence, he delivers it like a simple observation.
Macaque scoffs, and it wobbles. He looks down at the monkey. The black eye is still there. “Didn’t feel like it.” It’s not a lie, technically.
Wukong frowns. “I waited for hours. You could’ve sent a heads up.”
“Why the fuck is your eye not fixed?”
