“All I’m asking is for you to try,” Charlie said. “I get you two have, a thing, going on... But it’s not too late to start over. You haven’t spent much time with the residents here since you got back and... Maybe this is a good start.”

Alastor breaks a secret deal and ends up human once more. His memory is fading and he's getting progressively younger over time. Things get a little more complicated when the news gets out about his current state.

The hotel must come together in the unlikeliest of situations to keep Alastor from accidentally killing himself or anyone else, all while trying to figure how he ended up like he did, and why the hell he'd made this deal to begin with.
