mcd is not H, W or AbbyHannibal continues to stare at him. The silence stretches on for so long that Will is almost positive that he broke him when Hannibal suddenly lets go of the cart altogether and scoops Will up into his arms with ease.
“What the fuck – Hannibal!”
“You are going in the basket.”
With a surprisingly amount of agility, Hannibal removes the groceries that had already been put inside and sets Will down into it, settling the fruit back down into his lap before he’s even totally aware of what just happened.
“Hannibal,” Will hisses, looking around wildly to see if anyone had just seen what happened. “Get me back out of here.”
“No.” Hannibal looks far, far too pleased with himself. “This is for your own good, Mylimasis. I have to protect you from yourself, and your dreadful notion of what food is.” -
