    Summary

My perception of the game, the characters, and how they gradually grow attached to each other, developing all that mutual longing and emotional turmoil. I don't know what else to write here, I'm just having fun.

The air in the lobby was thick with the stale smell of cheap coffee, paper dust, and that particular brand of soul-crushing office ennui. Leon stepped outside. A fine, misty rain was falling. He loaded the boxes onto the back seat of the Mustang, slid behind the wheel, and then just sat there for a moment, staring at the grey walls of the building. Hovering before his eyes were those green eyes behind glasses and that frightened face. "Grace Ashcroft," he repeated to himself. Just a name. Just a random encounter. He had a lot of work waiting for him. He started the engine and pulled out of the lot, carrying away with him not only boxes of files documenting death, but also a vague, inexplicable feeling that today, he had seen something important. Something that, maybe, was connected to this whole case. Or maybe it was just the fatigue playing tricks on him, making him look for connections where there were none.

    Summary

It starts out innocently enough, a suggestion by Dempsey to spark cooperation between agencies—a pen pal system. Grace Ashcroft is assigned to Leon S. Kennedy, DSO Agent, as the DSO has reluctantly agreed to inter-communication in order to see their needs done.

And yet, Grace finds herself taking comfort in writing to Leon, and Leon finds moments of joy in reading Grace's letters—until they've stopped after she mentioned she was going into the field for the first time, and just missing meeting each other in person at the FBI headquarters.

Until Leon learns of Raccoon City Syndrome, and Wrenwood Hotel. And finds his young pen pal is the one being taken by Victor Gideon.

Or: The one where Author hits speedrun on the found family between Leon Kennedy and Grace Ashcroft, and what if they knew each other before RE9?

    Summary

There are easier people to want than Hans Capon. Henry knows this, has known it for a while now. Yet Hans keeps showing up anyway, and Henry keeps letting him, and they almost never say anything about it.

But plague has a way of making cowards brave enough to do stupid things, and the thing about ‘almost’ is that it’s so much worse than nothing.

    Summary

"You're spoiling me," he murmured when Henry's fingers returned to massage his hair. The scented oil was a luxury he hadn't expected.
"Anything to please you, my lord." Henry rinsed his hair, poured a few more drops of oil onto his fingers, and let them slide gently over Hans' shoulders, mindful to skirt the small wound beneath his collarbone.

Country roads can be treacherous. After being ambushed by a couple of bandits, Henry and Hans are in desperate need of a long, hot bath... and a little private time together.
