He sat up and went to his bathroom, splashing himself with cold water from the faucet. He looked up at his mirror and then he saw it. He had cat ears… He touched them, he could feel them. Mydei looked at his eyes, he had eye slivers like a cat, small fangs, and his nails were sharper and he had a tail. Mydei was slightly perplexed, ears… a tail? Was he a cat? Or was he a man? Both at this point!
Phainon quickly came into the bathroom, he had realized that Mydei was missing from his bed. “Mydei! Are you okay…. Mydei?!” He gasped, he looked at the tail and ears… Mydei turned over, but with the same anguish.

Cipher’s reaction is just a tad over the top. She chokes on her drink, spluttering unflatteringly as she stares at Mydei like he’s grown a second head. “And when were you going to tell me, your dearest friend Cifera…” She starts slowly.
“...that your ex is Phainon fucking Khaslana?”
Mydei is supposed to be here to celebrate. After so much hard work he and his band—Titans of Calamity, had finally signed a recording contract.
