Summary
Izzy Hands is fairly certain the flower shop across from his tattoo parlour is a money laundering front. There’s hardly any customers, and the owner, a flamboyant man named Stede, seems to have a very laissez faire approach to running a business, allowing his employees to lurk about Izzy’s shop instead of attending to their own affairs.
