I had this in the drafts for a while, though I made it pretty quickly, and without proper background information, and by the time I looked at it again, I didn't like how I characterized some characters, I misread the ending scene, and I had already had a new idea in my mind,
So here's this, Cash is my favorite character, and I don't like the ending of Overpowered.

Patch Brightwater, after the series of events that take place after he kills the Hamelyn Piper, gets asked by Lord Drevis himself if he wishes to become his Apprentice. After a while of thinking, Patch takes Drevis' offer.
Patch, now recently moved into the Council's Hall in Tiviscan, isn't sure how to feel. And is struggling with getting acquainted, no matter how much the people around him support him.
Maybe he'll figure it out in a week or so.

Patch returns to the place he almost died at, someone unexpected comes to comfort him.
