Summary
Tim’s calender should be stuck in March 2017, when he stopped changing it. Or maybe not long before that, if he dreamt that. Either way, it should be at the very least after July 2016.
Instead, his calendar displays October 2015. Tim knows he threw out his 2015 calendar at the end of the year, it shouldn't be in his flat, much less hanging on his wall.
Either he dreamt all of that- Prentiss, Jon’s paranoia, Not-Sasha, Elias being evil, The Circus, The Unknowing- or he died at the unknowing and traveled back in time.

Because as much as they wished Inko never forced them to say that they had a quirk, as much as they wished she never saw their analysis journal, they know that it’s best if everyone believes they have a quirk
OR after seeing Izuku’s hero analysis, Inko forces Izuku to fake a quirk.

“Do not make me lie to you, Midoriya Izuku.”
“Right. Sorry. Bad start,” Midoriya squeaked. Shouta could almost see the kid on the other end of the line, probably vibrating with enough nervous energy to power a small city. “Seriously, this whole t-thing was—uh, everybody’s okay. Physically! Everyone is fine. Uh—well. The property damage is... mostly covered by insurance? Probably?”
Shouta closed his eyes and leaned his head against the headboard with a dull, rhythmic thud. “Property damage. At one in the morning. On your break.”
“Just a bit?”
“What happened?” Shouta drew out the words, each syllable dripping with a bone-deep exhaustion.
“I—” A long pause followed, then a whisper so thin it barely carried through the speaker. “I got into a fight.”
“Where?”
The silence on the other end was deafening.
“Midoriya Izuku,” Shouta warned, using the kid's full name again, his voice dropping into that low, dangerous territory that usually made students scramble for cover.
“A bar,” Midoriya finally whispered.
Or,
Aizawa Shouta receives a call from a police station at 1:00 AM.

Toshinori’s gaze drifted toward the closed door of the hospital room, where Midoriya rested. Whatever response he’d prepared stalled on the way out. The lie—strictly professional—sounded thin even to his own ears.
Naomasa could almost see it: the walls Toshinori had spent years building, the ones meant to keep him isolated, self-sacrificing, untouchable. And right through the center of them—
A massive, boy-shaped hole.
“He’s just… a persistent child,” Toshi muttered at last, though the words lacked any real bite.
“Uh-huh,” Naomasa replied dryly.
“He’s a bit odd,” Toshi added, grasping for a more reasonable explanation—something easier than admitting emotional attachment.
“I understand,” Naomasa said, not sounding like he thought oddness was the point at all.
“And an absolute crybaby.”
“Well,” Naomasa shrugged lightly, “nobody’s perfect.”
