Inspired by that scene from Batman: Hush where Dick Grayson staged a car accident after Batman falls unconscious from his snapped grappling hook. Dick brings Bruce Wayne to the ER while Barbara Gordon assigns one from the team to crash the vehicle to the last corner before the manor at forty-five miles per hours, an adequate speed according to Alfred.
Everything was perfectly planned. No one would bat an eye that reckless playboy billionaire Bruce Wayne got into an accident. Except for Dr. Hiraya Cuffley, a 4th year general surgery resident, who immediately caught that Bruce's injuries does not match up. And the people surrounding Bruce—especially Dick Grayson—are far too composed for something that’s supposed to be an accident.
As Aya juggles hospital politics, residency exhaustion, and a growing pattern of medical anomalies pointing to corruption within Gotham General, she’s pulled back into Dick Grayson’s orbit—along with unresolved history, quiet tension, and secrets that refuse to stay buried.

She's aware of the irony that surrounds her family's story. The Wayne's tragic merry-go-round that rehashed the same story with a different setting.
Robyn Wayne isn't worth Batman's legacy. Her hands have too much blood on them.
But when Barry asks her if she'd like him to take her back with him because "Bruce would never want you to be alone," she can't help but nod and reach out with her bloody hand and hope beyond hope that this Batman will forgive her.
