He turned around quickly, searching for the sound, until it came again, more clear this time, a soft ‘meow’ from under a car.OR
Dazai's a shapeshifter and can turn into a cat-- until he gets stuck in his cat form. It's winter, and cold out, and suddenly he ends up living with the pretty boy from a nearby cafe.
