It was something Vergil found quite odd, the way his brother would keep his vitals exposed. His neck and chest had absurdly easy access for teeth or claws….and yet it was Dante's hands that fascinated him. Thinking about it, there hasn't been a time in their adult life that Vergil had seen his twins hands bare. Dante was always sporting his fingerless gloves and wraps around his wrists.

Or: an AU kind of ending where Bode and Cal realise they have insane chemistry, Bode betrays everyone anyway, the Empire gets involved (because of course they do) and they have to sort through all that mess to earn their happy ending. Believe me when I say things will get worse before they get better.
Mostly takes place at and beyond Nova Garon. Canon-adjacent until chapter 3.

Summary
Dante and Nero have been together for years but when Vergil reenters their lives they both fall desperately in (or back in) love with him. Vergil, seems to want them, just as much as they want him, but he won't allow himself their love. So with a full charge of cell phone battery, Dante and Nero decide to show him what he's missing and confess how much they want him.
