“You’re here early.” Giyuu says matter-of-factly, because, really, he is. Usually, Kokushibo takes at least a week or two interval between coming to his estate, sometimes longer, depending, to prevent any risk of corps members spotting him. It’s a system they’ve had for a long time. Kokushibo wanders over to him silently, Giyuu watching him curiously.

“Don’t be selfish, he can have more than one team member,” Sanemi says, feeling childish to be playing tug of war for Tomioka’s hand, of all things, but to see their Water Pillar so tiny, and nervous looking! Shinobu Kocho would poison someone for such a sight! Obanai Iguro would never believe him! Tengen Uzui would laugh so hard, he’d fall over! He wishes he had a camera…Shinazugawa Sanemi time-travels into the body of his younger self, is intent on speed-running his demon-slayer journey, and crashes an old (new) colleague's Final Selection.
