Summary
“A typical mastery begins with a master, and an apprentice, and a contract. In a narrow field with few masters however, one must forge their own way. The mastery I seek has few masters, and fewer to walk the path. Luckily, Spoons walks beside me, and while he seeks a different mastery to mine, our paths are mirrored to each other. I find myself encouraged therefore that I am able to take a record for any who walk this path in the coming days.”
—Excerpt from “The Thief's Key, Volume One, as scribed for the recipience of Inkheart, with all notations and supplementary materials preserved.Nori, a dwarrow thief determined to do so honorably, meets Bilbo, orphaned and waiting for a chance to follow in his mother’s footsteps. This lays a new path for the weaving of the world.
Meanwhile the Song of Arda sung by Eru overlaid an old one. In the absence of the Ainu, busy in Valinor and ignoring Middle Earth, those that remained discover that old Songs can grow much louder in the absence of attention.
The Void always held more than Ungoliant. The world was always much bigger than the Ainu’s songs and tapestries.

Summary
Praxus is a cesspit. Everyone who lives there knows it, everyone who works there knows it. To almost every other City-State it is a model, a paragon, a height of unparalleled beauty and values. The crystal garden help, so does the corruption on every level.
Jazz wants to fix his home, in the best way he knows. Prowl just wants to survive, and leave this City better than it was when he got here. Except Praxus isn’t a safe place for honest mecha, and this may be harder than either of them thought it was.
Every action has a consequence.

Jazz is Spec Ops, he’s the Third-in-Command of the Autobots, he’s landed wrong and gotten caught. His escape might’ve been a touch more panicked than finessed, but his complications are at least well behaved.
Danny is rolling with it. Jazz isn’t GiW, that’s enough. He’s taking them to safety, that’s better. He’s a touch ghostly, that’s ok, so is Danny. What do you mean his whole species is like that?

Freak Dursley didn't even know his own name. He did know that he didn't like the Dursley's. And he did know that the boy with the goggles and hatchets was probably here to kill them. Maybe, if Freak helped, the boy with the goggles and the hatchets would take him away too.

Summary
Elrond, having arrived in Valinor at the end of the Third Age, goes to meet his mother, Elwing. Taking Maglor with him.
“Hmph. I suppose we can’t have him being beaten bloody on my doorstep.” Elwing said, unenthusiastically “Or killing someone.” Apparently Maglor was considered a random killer, like a biting dog. “Come in then, if you must.”

Summary
For that was curse of his family. Father had never allowed him to be his own person. He simply wanted someone to carry on his legacy: someone, who was his own perfect replica, just like his father before him had forced him to be. But Celebrimbor refused to become that. He wanted to be something better. Someone who would not craft only trinkets, but something that brought together hearts, and not for a doomed cause.
Curufin has always been a harsh teacher, but Celebrimbor has never paid mind to it before. As the truth of his father's plans in Nargothrond dawn to Celebrimbor, he begins to question his father's methods, and pays a heavy price for his insolence.
But perhaps they are still not as broken as they had thought.

Summary
It is in the nature of the Noldors to covet the most beautiful gems and artworks. And so, upon seeing their prince dressed in his finest attire, walking around the palace with a spring in his steps reminiscing of a long lost youth, lust awoke in the heart of some of them.
Alongside desire, jealousy also appeared, as he was held inaccessible by the shadow of the cousin following him around and glaring at anyone looking upon him with cold eyes rendered all more terrible for they had become fey and strange, backlit with some great flame after his torment. And so, they decided to save their dear Prince from fëanorian clutches. Even if it had to be against his will. It is after all, what loyalty commands.
