Summary

"Hello, this is Stiles with Open Door installer support, who am I speaking with and how can I help you?" he rattled off, lightning-fast. Fast or not, it still counted as asking for their name for QA purposes.
"Derek." He rattled off customer information, then gave the most non-answer ever. "Door's not working."
Stiles paused, pondering. Sounds like Peter found some poor schmucks to act as employees again. He wondered how long the new batch would last. Stiles braced himself for newbitude. Derek was gonna learn some fuckin things.
"What have you tried so far?"
In which Stiles is an access control tech support rep, Derek is an on-site tech dealing with nightmare installs, and Peter is a condescending dick.

Since returning from college, Stiles has had Derek wrapped around his slender finger. No matter what he asks for, the big bad alpha always, always gives in; so long as Stiles says the magic words:
