Summary
Dave wasn't shocked when Dirk came to him to say he'd fucked up. Fucking up seemed to be the typical Strider skill at this point, especially his brother. But when he'd told him that he'd somehow merged different splinters into himself and that they were fighting for his body, he wasn't so sure if Dirk was telling an awful joke, or if he had genuinely made the biggest of all fucking mistakes.
Quickly, he realised, it wasn't a joke at all.
And oh boy. Dirks were insufferable.
