Summary
For almost the entirety of his first life Theon was treated like his strange vision of the world was an illness. That what he was seeing was nothing more than his mind playing tricks or that the sea had blinded him at a young age. It wasn't until he died that he realized that there was something more going on.
That his family was cursed to do their lives over and over again with unspecified ways to truly end it all. His uncle had been living with it all his life like his great-grandfather before him, and their ancestors before them. An endless loop where death was never the end but a new beginning.

Summary
When Grace gets seemingly teleported by means unknown into the SM-13 right as it was nearing The Light, both Simon and Grace have no idea what is happening. Grace knows he was supposed to be in his house on Erid, Simon knows this new guy cannot possibly be a hallucination, and Ava, upon hearing Grace ramble about theories for how he got there, knows that new guy is Smart. Could-Secure-Our-Survival Smart.
She orders Simon to bring Grace back to the surface, and thus begins Grace's ordeal in a starless universe. -

"Iz huhg," Grace sniffled out, sucking back in moisture from his noze, too. There was moisture and water and everything all over the place. "Huhg meens grayt, grayt, grayt affekshun."
"Oh," he said tentatively. Another hewmin thing! He shuffled closest to the wall Grace was huhging and leaned in. "Oh. Am I doing correctly, hmm?"
"Yis," Grace sighed out, calming down. He still leaked, though.
Oh, well. Leaky hewmins were his favorite, after all.

Lavender nodded solemnly.
"You are," she murmured.
Lavender Brown is fairly certain she died during the Battle of Hogwarts. After all, being mauled by Fenrir Greyback should be pretty definitive. So when she wakes up in a sunny field next to a very confused and tall knight named Ser Dunk, Lavender reasonably assumes they’re both dead.
Dunk, unfortunately, disagrees.
