Summary
At the start of Tom's Fifth Year at Hogwarts something happens that has never happened before. A transfer student comes to Hogwarts. He is scarred from what looks to be magic. Everyone was excited to see if he was interesting being new until he was sorted into Hufflepuff. To make things worse when classes start he only takes three classes that were typically mandatory. The rest of his classes are electives. So people begin to ignore him as being barely above a squib. Until one of the 7th Year Gryffindors decide to escalate their bullying of him by attacking him with magic and he uses an unknown form of magic to defend himself.

“I saw Tormund this morning,” Arya said in between bites, “ballsy of you to punch him in the face.”
“I didn’t punch him in the—” Jon began, but Tormund and three other burly football players chose that moment to push their way into the cafeteria and the words died in Jon's throat when he saw the massive shiner Tormund was sporting on the left side of his face.
“Oh god, he’s going to kill me,” Jon said faintly when the redhead's eyes fell on him.
Tormund didn’t end up killing him in the cafeteria that day. He just sat down at the adjacent table with his buddies and slowly ate an entire chicken sandwich while maintaining full eye contact with Jon the whole time.
It was actually more terrifying than any verbal threat.

It only got better when his dad helped form the Avengers. They had all moved into Avengers Tower in New York, and while it was quite different from his life in Malibu, Peter didn’t mind. He loved it.
He’d have breakfast early with Nat, Bucky and Steve. He’d get spy lessons from Clint (which mostly involved crawling around in the vent and shooting people with nerf guns). And he’d even sometimes get science lessons from Dr Bruce Banner himself.
