Summary
Mai Zenin is, canonically, a bit of a bum.
Her sole contribution of note is dying in her sister's arms and providing a pretty stacked weapon with which Maki then proceeds to go Kill Bill on the Zenin Clan with. Beautiful fight sequence, but not exactly indicative of a strong fighter or skilled sorcerer.
This time, however, Mai Zenin remembers another life. She remembers the tragedies of Shibuya and the Culling Game, and by hook, crook, or gun-barrel steel, she's not going to let her family go.
Or; did you know that [Construction] is actually the most busted-OP technique in JJK? Kenjaku didn't, and now he's dead.

Sukuna flopped forward with a strangled cry, tumbling end over end half a dozen times before faceplanting in the shallow pool of blood-water.
Yuji stared, eyes wide, at the prone form of the dreaded King of Curses.
A weak sob escaped the Curse(?)’s mouth as they curled up into a ball and visibly held back tears.

This one has the 'kuna as a sort of merged presence with OGkuna - possesses both OGkuna's memories and previous self's memories. SIkuna has no idea about JJK as a series, so no worries about fucking up the plot because they're not even aware that there's supposed to be a plot. Feels really disjointed/dissociative, but not in an asshole way. Really cool method of laying out this SIkuna's perspective, tbh. -

Self-Insert Sukuna fic, except the SI actually lived through Sukuna's past, Heian era and all. Just that before that the SI had lived the base life. So, reincarnation.
SIkuna is a bit more... apathetic? Compared to canon Sukuna. Like obviously still subjectively 'cruel', but is also giving more suicidal vibes. But also bigger interest in Gojo's entire premise of The Strongest. So, conditionally suicidal vibes.
That all kinda gets shoved down a drain when "The Strongest" Gojo Satoru successfully seduces SIkuna.Honestly there's so many changes to canon by the time of Shibuya that I can't be bothered to write it all out. However, I can attest to there being some damn good crack, fluff and smut in this fic.
Worth the read. -

So, picture this: I’m twenty, running on nothing but cheap instant coffee and the sheer, unadulterated panic of final semester. I am literally hitting "Save" on my thesis, my soul ready to leave my body from exhaustion... and then it literally leaves my body.
Next thing I know, I wake up in the body of Yuta Okkotsu.
The first thing I did? I didn't panic(LIE). I booked the first flight to Haneda Airport to get to Shibuya. Why didn't I just call Gojo and explain everything so he could speedrun the entire story? Look, do you want a story or not? Stop asking logical questions.
Yuta main powers? Noope (No way to access her as she actually passed away in the end of Jjk 0).
My Cursed Energy? More than double than canon but its no longer bottomless like canon without Rika
My current strategy? Aggressive, pathologically confident bullshitting and surprise attacks.See, Gojo-sensei is currently on mandatory vacation (stuck in a box because he's too OP), and the world needs a heavy hitter. The kids—Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, Maki (and all the others)—are fighting for their lives.
