“Your majesty.” The man in horrifically opulent robes bows low, the ridiculous sleeves pooling on the floor in a puddle of silk. “We have brought you a spoil of war, captured during the battle of Kamino, a rare and exotic creature for your household.” Touya sits up a little in interest, this was rather unusual as far as presents for his father went. The doors open with a heaving groan, and Touya leans forward in open interest. He was expecting a large cage to be wheeled in, containing some fantastical creature like a small wyvern or a kirin. Instead the servants yank on heavy chains, pulling in a young man with massive crimson wings.
“A harpy, your majesty, tamed and trained for battle by the enemy. He was captured in combat, and has spent the last six months undergoing training to become a suitable pet for the royal household. I give him to you, your majesty, to serve whichever role his highness pleases.”

Summary
Hawks has been given a mission; infiltrate the League Of Villains and investigate the Nomu, the clones that had been made out of an accumulation of corpses and quirks. He has to do so while fighting off the evergrowing pressure of climbing the ranks in the Japanese hero world, and dealing with the Commission's demands.
Dabi and the League Of Villains have recently moved to a rickety old shack by the coast. Shigaraki Tomura comes back late every night from some unknown place, and Toga is constantly forcing him to watch Love Island with her. He meets Hawks in an alleyway, outside Endeavor's agency, and gives him a task to recruit him into the League, with a disastrous ulterior motive.
Getting Hawks to break away from and destroy the Commission from the inside is difficult, though, especially when they both found out love isn't so easily destroyed by their pasts.Read the Canon Compliant tag. This follows the MHA storyline up until the Final War arc.
Rated Mature for violence (but I'm literally a teenager writing this it's not that deep)

A video on social media had gone viral: a man in a hospital gown staggering through a busy street, his head lolling unnaturally to one side. He'd grabbed a woman at random and sunk his teeth into her shoulder, blood spraying across the pavement as people screamed and ran. The video had been dismissed as a hoax at first, some 3D rendering. Maybe they were filming a movie and didn't notify the mayor or governor.

The man tilted his head towards Hawks, eyes tinged with a hint of something Hawks couldn’t decipher, despite years of training. Annoyance? Amusement? He didn’t reply immediately, just taking a slow sip of his drink and staring into Hawks’ eyes.

Dabi. How on earth had Hawks ended up in this mess? He is a literal murderer who regularly burns people to death. He is an asshole to everyone and has a god-awful temper. The only person he seems remotely fond of is Toga, he acts like he barely tolerates anyone else. He’s unhealthily skinny and absolutely covered in horrific scars. Keeping Dabi as just his mark should have been easy. But Keigo saw the beauty in his patchwork face and long legs, the caring and love for others that he tried to hide with insults. The silent displays of affection, the vulnerability of a man who was broken by life and is just desperately trying to hold the pieces together. Keigo was definitely never supposed to fall in love with his ugly, beautiful, angry, caring, patchwork villain. Now he can never love anyone else.

Hawks set the phone on the nightstand beside Dabi’s note and the paper airplane Toga had folded out of a requisition form and left on his pillow as a “housewarming present.” He crawled under the covers fully clothed, dirt and all. The greenhouse filled his head; the rooftop wind cooled the back of his neck; the sound of Dabi’s voice saying It’s a date lived warm over his sternum.

Izuku is terrified. They've lost contact with Aizawa and Todoroki has been grieving for his lost siblings and Kacchan hasn't been the same since U.A. was swarmed. He can't help but blame the Heroes for causing this to get so out of control and is slowly drowning in bitterness.
Dabi is furious. He needs to find Shigaraki and make sure he doesn't murder this ice rat along the way. He's reckless and goes out of his way to kill the zombies. What does it matter? He can take 'em and the less there are the better.
Natsuo is going to die. He's got no food and has a horde after him, one of them being his own mother. He's gonna need a miracle to save him. But the dark figure on the rooftop looks promising.
Fuyumi feels no guilt for killing. They are just empty shells of humans that can use their Quirk. She can survive. If there's one thing about Todoroki Fuyumi it's that she's a survivor.
