Summary
Jayce, running out of time to save Viktor's life, focuses on Piltover's Councilors greed instead of proving that the Hexcore can work, in the hopes that they will override Heimerdinger and let him do what needs to be done. But the Arcane has already woken up and it does not like to be denied. When the demonstration goes horribly wrong, Jayce and Viktor are forced to contend with the true consequences of changing the world, in a manner they never could have foreseen.
Now fore warned of Noxus' plans for the twin cities, Silco's war for independence, and the dangers of the Arcane, Jayce and Viktor have to navigate their own timelines' trials to fix what went wrong before it has a chance to. To fix what is between them, before it's too late.
