Summary
Normalcy for Cheongsan can be found in the little restaurant he helps run with his Mama, on the corner of their dilapidated little street in downtown Hyosan. This is his life, it's all he's ever known, and it's kept him safe for seventeen years. Protected from the dangers the outside world would present to any male Omega.
Six months ago, that simple life was interrupted terribly by the murder of his Father, leaving Cheongsan bereft and haunted by so many unanswered questions surrounding the circumstances of his Father's death. Summary
Cheongsan is content with his life as a Beta. Uncomfortable with the way Alphas and Omegas are oftentimes ruled by their biology, he's grateful that at seventeen, his chances of ever waking up in heat or rut have passed. He can't imagine a worst-case scenario. That's why, when he awakens one morning to a throbbing pain along his lower back, he brushes it off, dismissing it as a simple illness.

Summary
Lee Suhyeok has his life at Hyosan High School under control. He has made a name for himself among his peers as someone not to be fucked with. His group of "friends" that follow him around town, he's familiar with, but none of them know him, not really. None of them have cracked any of Suhyeok's defences and none of them ever will. He's comfortable, safe and knows exactly what to expect from his daily life.
So why he throws a spanner into the works, by the name of Cheongsan, he can't understand but once Suhyeok notices the other boy, the events that follow will flip his perfectly controlled life on its head. -

“I could show you what to do?” Suhyeok offers, and is damn proud when nothing but complete sincerity flows from his voice.
The hands hiding Cheongsan’s face fall away as his friend gapes up at him.
Suhyeok smiles mildly, holding that eye contact even as Cheongsan sits up beside him, that disbelieving look not leaving his features for a second.
“What?” Cheongsan eventually breathes.
“You said you don’t know what to do,” Suhyeok shrugs, unbothered. “I could show you.”
Cheongsan continues to just stare at him, and Suhyeok can see the gears turning behind those beautiful brown eyes.
“How?” Cheongsan asks, his voice faint.
“Boys and girls aren’t all that different, Cheongsan,” Suhyeok murmurs, as if he’s sharing a secret. “Best way for you to learn what it’d be like for Onjo, would be for you to pretend you’re her, and I’ll show you.”

Shifting where he’s sat cross-legged on the carpet of Gyeongsu’s bedroom, he swallows down his nerves and tries not to let it show on his face. As his best friend returns from the kitchen, an empty glass bottle in his hand, Cheongsan flicks his eyes around to each of his friends, trying to see if anyone else is dreading this as much as he is.
