Summary
As Mike sits near the shore of the Rio Grande, taking in the last sight he'll ever see - as he bleeds out next to the spineless piece of shit that pulled the trigger - he takes inventory of what he leaves behind. His daughter-in-law, his granddaughter...Jesse. Poor kid.
As his blood leeches into the dirt, Mike imagines what awaits him on the other side: Hell or nothing. That's really all he can expect in his line of work.
So why is it, that the next second, he's right back in the driver's seat of his 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue, next to a one, very much alive, Gustavo Fring.
"Michael, you understand what I'm asking you to do?"
Mike opens his mouth to respond but catches his own reflection in the rearview mirror. It's not that he doesn't recognize himself; it's that the last time he looked like this, he was a 38-year-old beat cop in Philly.
Which, of course, begs the question: What the fuck is going on?

To call Robert's new situation with Flambae ‘complicated’ would be a drastic understatement.
Robert cut his fucking fingers off. Flambae tried to burn him to death after a bar fight. They aren’t good for each other, barely even like each other, and there’s no way it’s going to end well.
But when the sex is this fucking good, Robert is having trouble listening to the logic.
Or, the one where they become fuckbuddies and catch feelings.

Summary
Lalo crosses the threshold with easy confidence, moving into Jesse's space, into his aunt's house, like he belongs here. His hand finds Jesse's waist as he passes, and their bodies brush close enough that Jesse feels the heat radiating off him. Catches his scent again: leather and smoke and sweat. No cologne masking it this time. It’s just Lalo, warming Jesse's skin like standing too close to a fire.
"Nice place," Lalo says, scanning the cluttered living room. The mismatched furniture. The fussy floral curtains that are probably older than Jesse. He shrugs off his jacket, drapes it over the sofa like he lives here. "Homey."
"Yeah, I guess." Jesse closes the door, the lock clicking into place with a sound that feels final. Trapping them in together. Or trapping Jesse in with Lalo. He's not sure which.

Lalo's back in Albuquerque, and at Jesse's front door, with a few new scars.
