Mandalorians had this odd sense of humour where they liked watching strangers get teary eyed from eating the spiciest dishes.
“Familiar with pirpaak ?”
“Not this particular one, but familiar enough to know what to expect.” Ben replied.
Food was an important part of Mandalorian culture. Aliite tended to have conflict over whose dish was the better recipe. It was like Jedi and their tea blends.
“Where did you have it?”
“Sundari.” Ben replied, “It was a lifetime ago.”
“Ughh, Sundari’s drap? What’s the name of the place?”
“I am unsure, though it might have been a bit spicier than this one.” Ben hid a smile at the outrage that followed his claim by taking another bite. Pretending not to notice the chaos he had caused, Ben glanced at the Mand’alor who was watching him in amusement.
“Ever visited Keldabe?”
Ben hid a laugh. “Only ran through it, really.”
“What a shame. I will show you around.” Jaster offered.
Ben smiled, “I would not say no to that.”

His existence had been nothing but infinite sadness, so forgive him if, when he woke up again in his twelve-year old body, he was pissed. So he decided that, if he really had to live his life again, he would change a few things. Save a few people along the way, annoy a few others and definitely have some fun.

Old Ben fights and finds enlightenment out in the sandy expanse. He meets Death as an old friend, knowing it is his time.
The Skywalkers, of course, disagree.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is punted back to his first Illum trip with all of the experience and wisdom of his old life after he has come to terms with everything and is basically an actual old wise-man. He blames (correctly) the Skywalkers and their ridiculousness for this, but realized he can change events and help lots of people.
He is Ben Skywalker, and he has people to protect... but he's also eleven, and that's a tough age.

“What is it, Anakin? Dear me, you look faint.” Obi-Wan knelt beside Anakin, but before they could touch, his Master frowned, a wrinkle forming between his brows. “Why do you… What is that? What happened to your Force signature?”
“I think I’m… possessed? Or not possessed, he said he’s not possessing me.”
“Who did?”
“The voice in my head who’s twenty-two, knows Hutt-slang, and is kind of a Force entity,” Anakin said, trying to lighten the mood. Considering the way the color fled Obi-Wan’s face, he’d failed spectacularly.
Or; Luke Skywalker dies by Lord Sidious's hand on the second Death Star, and the Force decides to step in and save not just one Skywalker, but two. With Luke's consciousness interwined with Anakin's, how will the events of the Clone Wars change? Can Luke save the Jedi Order?

Either return empty-handed, sacrifice his own life for Alphonse's, or do a favor for Truth. He picks option three, and finds himself waking up on a trash-covered beach in a strange world, one where every man, woman, and child have some strange power. In order to get home, he must accomplish whatever it is that Truth wants from him, and unfortunately, the being is not exactly inclined to provide thorough explanations.
