Summary
The Justice League finally captures the infamous Outlaws, Red Hood and Arsenal. (Technically Starfire is one of them, but they mostly pretend that's not true. She's one of their strongest allies; they aren't going to jeopardize that.)
For some reason, neither Hood nor Arsenal seem very worried. In fact, they start arguing over whose dad will rescue them first.
Clark grows increasingly worried over their cavalier behavior, especially as he learns more about who they are. When will Batman get back to deal with this Gotham-based criminal? (Who will tell Batman that this man is somehow impersonating his son?)
Meanwhile, Jason and Roy are having the times of their lives bickering and scaring the Justice League.

“I’m adopted.”
The room drops into complete silence.
Bruce stares at him, confused.
The rest of the family stares at him, confused.
Bruce clears his throat. “Well, yes, um—Tim, that’s… well, you know, that would be because I adopted you,” he says hesitantly.
Tim almost breaks. The anxiety keeps him from laughing, but he does manage a small smile. “Yes, that’s right, Bruce—but that’s not what I meant. While I was cleaning up, I found some documents in my parents’ study. A birth certificate, to be exact, and… well, it didn’t say Jack and Janet Drake on it like I was expecting.”
Understanding dawns on their faces.
“You were adopted by Jack and Janet?” Bruce asks.Or
Tim finds his biological parents.

“Lex is making me go with him to Gotham,” – was probably not the best way for Kon to start his conversation with Red Robin on that fine afternoon in the Tower. His Robin paused, before he looked up at the floating half-Kryptonian from where he was solving random case-files that most detectives hadn’t been able to crack for decades, probably. Rob was crazy like that - not like Kon was complaining, Rob’s brain was probably one of Kon’s favourite things about him.
(Alongside his hair. And hands. And waist. And–)
Or: Kon goes to Gotham. Tim knows that Kon is Superboy, Kon doesn't know that Red Robin is Tim.
This could only go well for the two of them, right?
