Robby, frustrated, fueled from bubbling frustrations and a need for some air, heads out for a quick walk past the ambulance bay. He comes upon a man, drunken, stumbling, and tries to help.
And in turn, this both ends his plans for his sabbatical and saves his life.
Or, in which Jack returns with Howard, thinking he can have one last chance in talking to Robby, and ends up finding him-saving his life, in more ways than one.
And in the end, finding someone to spend the rest of his life with.
