Summary
When Emily falls to Hell Lucifer feels obligated to watch over her alongside his other duties. She reminded him so much of his past self. It seemed Heaven was once again forcing his hand and he would truly have to resume his title of King of Hell after his slight sabbatical. He's bent far too much for Heaven and the audacity to send another angel to his realm was the breaking point. Hell was meant to be his punishment and he would not stand for Heaven to use it as a place to send those they simply did not want to deal with. He was king for a reason.
Emily was determined to see her dream out, even when it lands her straight into the pits of Hell. She had unexpected allies even in the darkest realm that were ready to stand beside her. Heaven would realize their mistake one way or another.

Inuzuka Miyu hadn't meant to have a baby with Hatake Kakashi. It was honestly just a post-mission one-night-stand.
Now, usually, Inuzukas don't marry. Primary custody just goes to the mother. Secondary to the Clan. Any man is welcome to pitch in, even to move in if hey wanted (so long as the mother allowed it, which they generally did), but fathers are mostly told out of politeness. If the mother even knew who the father was, that is.
But it takes a special kind of fool to get between an Hatake and their cub. Which Miyu and Tsume aren't.
The question of custody stays, though.
It does take Kakashi an embarrassing amount of time to twig in that the drawn out custody battle for Raiden had shifted, and that he was fighting Tsume for custody of himself.
