Summary
She had the same reactions to handsome men that anyone else would. It wasn’t like she was dead. Plus, her cursed technique was often described to her as alluring, inviting. Many sorcerers openly flirted with her, if not outright propositioned her.
The problem came when she took them up on it.
“What if…what if it’s not them that’s the issue?”
“What do you mean?”
Utahime tried not to be embarrassed, but she couldn’t look Shoko in the eye when she said, “I just have…difficulty, let’s say, when it comes to…that.”
“Meaning…”
“Meaning…I’ve never…you know…”
Shoko blinked in shock. “Wait. Never?”
Utahime shook her head, her cheeks flaming. “Not with another person, no. I can’t.”

Shy and reserved Utahime has trouble just talking about sex, much less having it. She opens up to Shoko on Valentine's Day about her inability to finish whenever she's intimate with another man, fearing there was something fundamentally wrong with her. Coincidentally, Gojo shows up at her apartment later that very same night and he shows her in all the ways he can that there's absoltuely nothing wrong with her.

“Okay team leader,” Gojo said, breaking the silence and turning his head to look at her. He wiggled his eyebrows, and Utahime had to resist the urge to roll her eyes at his childish antics. “Any ideas?”
“Okay, well…” she started, tapping a finger on her chin. “We should probably inspect the river. I mean, I don’t know about you two, but I don’t really sense much cursed energy.” From the corresponding nods, she figured the two of them felt the same thing. Good. At least I know I’m on the right track. “I don’t want to dismiss the whole idea of there being a curse though. After all, we were sent here for a reason.”
After reading about a curse that has been terrorizing villagers near a small river, Utahime jumps at the opportunity to prove herself and move up the sorcery ranks. However, she realizes that the curse she's dealing with is a lot more frustrating...and annoying than she had initially anticipated.
