Summary
After returning from Neverland, Regina and Emma part ways with Henry going with Emma. Regina has to cope with losing both of them, along with other things, and deal with the usual madness that is Storybrooke. A friend from her past shows up to help her. Meanwhile, Emma is struggling not to drown as her parents and Henry ignore her and try to push her to be with Neal. The only person who keeps Emma afloat is Regina. And while this is all going on, Storybrooke is having a recall election.

Summary
Sex Unicorn: typically a bisexual woman who agrees to join a pre-existing heterosexual marriage as a third sexual component, without presenting any threat of infidelity or emotional burden to either the husband or wife.
Killian and Emma have been together for a number of years before Killian has the bright idea of introducing a sex unicorn, Regina Mills, to their relationship for a one-night stand.
Pity Emma isn't exactly onboard with the idea.
This story does start with an established CaptainSwan relationship, but it is not described in any detail and is quickly dissolved. It also discusses Regina's occupation as a sex-worker and informal relationship therapist.

However, only one of these rumors really interested Emma. It involved an omega widow who, coincidentally, was also the mayor of that picturesque place.

Regina’s eyes closed as she was reminded of Emma’s hovering body. Images of Regina’s hips being pinned down, of her wrists being gripped, her nipples being pinched flooded her mind. She remembered how wet she became, how Emma had made her beg, plead to be touched. Regina couldn’t help the whimper that escaped her lips when she recalled just how well Emma had satisfied her need, a need which had been repressed for so fucking long. Now that she’d had a taste, she needed more. And so she nodded, desperate for Emma to touch her again.
