Davos could practically crawl right to Aeron’s feet and stay there like a good little dog, that’s how he already feels anyways. Permanently retrievable for all of Aeron’s wants and needs. Clinging to his heels during everything he does, throughout the whole evening. As he talks with people that are complete strangers to Davos, as he eats, as he just sits or stands around in a corner, Davos is right beside him, soaking in everything Aeron does or say like a sponge, taking in every of his movement, mirroring every even so little smile like a reflex. Practically taking no notice in anything or anyone who isn’t Aeron.

“None of your business.” Aeron snaps, answering just with an equal amount of animosity.
“Oh it absolutely is.” Davos informs him. “If my ex shows up with a bloke, in a bar I am in a hilariously stupid attempt to gain my attention and make me jealous- or whatever your god damn plan was, it’s damn well my fucking business.” He bursts out, practically starring Aeron down as he, not once, has spared the other bloke even a glance yet.
“What you think the whole world revolves around you? Not even you can be this presumptuous.” Aeron laughs- more like huffs, strands of his bun loosening more and more with every new exasperate movement of his head.
