Summary
Hannibal has a high place in society, he hosts balls and is favourable with the king. He’s told he has to find a wife and after encountering one of the rudest men he’s ever met, out of spite, he decides his bride must be his lady friend Miss Bloom. Hannibal gets closer to her, much to Mr Graham’s annoyance. Unbeknownst to him, he’s learning as much as he can about Will as he’s chosen him to be his next victim. What he doesn’t realise though is that Will is undercover and only attending his outlandish parties in order to try and track down a new serial killer that’s on the loose. Who just so happens to be Hannibal Lecter.

Summary
Wei Ying had always been told that he would be cut off from the family at eighteen, Madam Yu would not have needed to put up with him any longer after that. Conventional wisdom would have one think that a lifetime of cultivation and night hunts would have prepared Lan Wangji for such a scene. Had it been a malevolent entity, an out of place ghost or demon, or even a mischievous but ultimately harmless spirit, they would be right. However if Lan Wangji was correct, and he very much suspected he was, the entity in front of him exceeded what could be classified as spiritual or supernatural and landed squarely into mythical and fantastical.
