Summary
Looking down at the body, seeing the maggots writhe in the decaying flesh. Watching the flies do their due diligence slowly helping the body move to liquid, then bones.
Thomas was enamored watching all the movement for something that had recently passed, and saw it as something of a gift, this student, gone so soon but gone none the less. Giving his body as the most sacred gift, back to the earth that made him, helped him walk, taught him lessons no one else could.
It almost made him cry, looking at how the maggots ate the flesh with an almost reverantial appetite, the flies gorging themselves on this most humble of gifts.
Giving him the reminder that nothing is ever truly dead.*Hey bestie! how are ye, good i hope. umm, if you have watched the dead poets society it's kind of based on that, loosely though. it is still a boys bording school and someone does die, but this has a lot more gay pining between our main characters and a lot more blood shed. someone might die, but thats a pretty strong yes. see ya later mwauh*

Summary

A few years after Tommy's former mentor and guardian, Sam, dies in a tragic accident in the midst of the zombie apocalypse, he finds himself held at gunpoint by a curly-haired man with a guitar strapped to his back. Begrudgingly, the two become partners - and end up getting mixed into something much deeper and dangerous than the undead.

Summary
Wilbur almost died a week ago. He didn't, but he almost did.
He's back home living with a father he hasn't spoken to in three years. With shaky fingers, he picks up his old habits and tries to mimic the routine of the man he once was. He's trying. It's not much - he's still a shitty person trying to make up for all the wrong he did, but he is trying. For Phil. For Techno. For himself.
He was getting it together. He almost had it back together.
And then a unruly blond teenager stumbled into his store two minutes before close, and Wilbur's world fell apart.
