Bookmarker's Notes
Haven’t even finished the first fic, but I am loving it, and will probably be coming back for seconds ad infinitum (or until there’s nothing left). This is the psychopath Stede and psycho Izzy one, I would give Ed a punchy characteristic, but we’re not there yet.

Summary
Jayce wakes up after the arcane explosion, except- he is alone.
Determined to find Viktor, he seeks shelter in what appears to be an abandoned house in the middle of a meadow.
As the days and weeks go by, Jayce realizes, the house might be bigger than it seems (and Viktor might be closer that he thought).
----
Or a post-finale fic inspired by House of Leaves, where Jayce is haunted by his mistakes and his desires.

An interesting exploration of Jayce’s trauma by the end of the series. The themes of self-destructive absolution were a mildly unexpected addition to the horror of the liminal space that was the cabin in the woods. The house. If you really must. I have little to say about Viktor, though from the limited glimpse into him we got from Jayce’s perspective he was also not unbothered by the significance of eating himself out of guilt. The Ouroboros was a delightful motif for the existence of the house. Overall, an interesting read.

Bookmarker's Notes
A delightful exploration of Will and Hannibal’s dynamic. I did not expect Abigail to be the one intent on a murder family instead of Will, nor the way the story had put them into a cannibalistic tribe, uncaring of their incompatibility. A messy, savage story with an underlying sweetness.

Summary
The heart monitor connected to Hannibal makes a sudden, unrhythmical beep the moment Will enters through the door."You must forgive me for my bluntness, but are we in a romantic relationship?" Hannibal asks and Will isn't exactly sure how to answer that. He can't technically say no, but honestly, bloody courtship may be a more proper name for it.
While Hannibal suffers from a case of amnesia, Will puts a stop to the honey-trap plan to take care of him.- Language:

Bookmarker's Notes
A wonderful dissection of desire and how it both distorts the other, while freeing the self. Perfectly frustrating quandary between obligation and truth, in which getting what one wants is always a loss, and only fulfilling what is needed liberates. Will’s voice was on point, as well as Hannibal’s characterisation, and the plot-point of amnesia has never been so fresh as in this delightfully twisted self-actualisation.
