“So am I going to die?” Tommy asked through tears
Pausing Phil looked at his son and realized how scared Tommy was. Lifting the arm that wasn’t supporting Tommy he wrapped it behind his son and held him.
“Wilbur was wrong Tommy, you're going to be fine.”
When Tommy continued to cry Phil started rocking him back and forth.
“It’s okay, mate, I’ve got you,” he whispered.

Tommy's having an awful day and to top it all off he gets stung by a bee the worst part is that he misunderstood his brother and now thinks that he's going to die because of it. Lots of comfort ensues.

With one final look back he steps forward and jumps.
Phil held his breath, the world around him seemed like it was slowing down as he watched his fledgling take his first flight.
His heart plummets as he realizes Tommy is halfway down and his wings still haven’t started flapping. He can tell Wilbur hasn’t moved from his spot yet and won’t be able to catch him in time. He knows he has to save him but as he watches him get closer to the ground, he feels frozen in place. He’s not going to be able to save him.

Spinning around he looked behind him and saw a man sitting against the wall holding a cigarette between his teeth.
“What the fuck, how long have you been there?”
The man looked at him for a few seconds a glazed look in his eyes then spoke “Dunno, been here for a while you just walked right passed me”
Walking closer to him he noticed that it was his neighbor who always played his music during the night when he was trying to sleep. He also noticed that he was incredibly drunk.
“So, what are you doing out here?” Tommy asked.
