He can hear the sound of someone moving behind the door, and then a woman's voice calls out, "We do not want any more reporters here! Leave us alone!"
Finney clears his throat, mouth dry. "I'm not a reporter, Mrs. Arellano. My name is Finney Blake. I… I knew Robin."
Silence. For a second, the only sound is the wind whistling through the trees and the pounding of Finney's heartbeat in his ears. Then, the door opens. A tired looking woman with Robin's eyes looks back at him. His chest goes so tight he thinks he's broken a rib for just a second. He looks away, not able to hold eye contact. Not able to handle the emotion on her face.
