THE case had been awful, one of their very worst. The press, fuck em' all, had glamorized the UnSub with the sobriquet 'Botticelli’s Apprentice'. All male victims, all attractive, androgynous, wavy or curly hair, and Rossi *had* to mention they looked like Reid. And then Hotch couldn't stop seeing Reid every time he looked at a victim. (Thanks, Dave. Thanks a lot.) And then he couldn't stop looking at Reid. Hotch started to rub his eyes more than usual.

Mobius stares at the tree, feels the painful ache in his side. He shakes his head, "This isn't about me, B. This is about him. He deserves a better ending than what he's got. I'm going to make sure that ending happens, even if it kills me."
Or Loki is a child of Thanos doomed by the narrative he was forced into. Good thing there are those who don't believe in the narrative.

Summary
Nothing as been the same for Mobius M. Mobius since Loki sacrificed himself to save the multiverse. Now Mobius is left to wait until the end of time-however long that takes-for Loki to return. And his guilt and regret are overwhelming.
Mobius makes the decision to try to redeem a Loki from a timeline similar to the main timeline with very few changes-a Loki from the Battle of New York. A Loki very similar to his Loki.
He wants to see to it that one Loki in the timeline does get a happy ending.
It’s a purely professional mission. Repaying a debt.
But as soon as Mobius sees this Loki, things begin to go wrong. Mobius accidentally changes things for the worst, strengthening HYDRA, wounding Nick Fury, and above all else Mobius is falling head over heels for this Loki who is so similar to his Loki, yet so different at the same time.
And this Loki seems to be falling for him as well.
But is this Loki really in love with Mobius, really willing to change?

As a state-of-the-art B-class wormhole-capable deep-space research vessel, I do not consider myself to have many serious design flaws. Every piece of me has been meticulously crafted, is regularly maintained and upgraded, and there is very little I cannot do if I set my several dozen exabytes of processing power upon the task. This is why the Pansystem University of Mihira and New Tideland’s extra-curricular oversight committee deemed me more than capable of operating unmanned on the occasional intelligence-gathering reconnaissance mission. It is for the sake of both necessity and convenience that these missions are camouflaged as cargo runs.
Nonetheless, it is an unmistakable oversight that I am capable of being bored. It is also incredibly annoying that unmanned cargo runs are so dull.
