Summary
Approximately 10,000 years ago, Wan became the first Avatar and locked Vaatu in the tree of time.
Several centuries later Korra, the 7th Avatar, was born. After fleeing into a storm trying to escape her pursuers, Korra wound up entering the avatar state and freezing herself in an iceberg. Over 9,000 years later, after being discovered in the ice by an anthropologist named Asami, she wakes up in a strange new world, where bending has seemingly disappeared, the industrial revolution has turned society on its head, war is tearing apart the Earth Kingdom, a new nation called the United Republic is flooded with refugees, while a theocrat is tightening his grip over the Northern Water Tribe. Summary
This fanfic is set within the current storyline of the game, but I have taken a few artistic liberties and also made a few changes for posterity. I have included dialogue from the game and all the credit for it goes directly to Bioware, EA, LucasArts, and other organizations related to SWTOR. I have always imagined Aixara as a rather complex character with the wisdom to know better, but the audacity to not care. She tends to wear her heart on her sleeve around a certain blonde-haired knockout and can’t quite remain composed. I hoped this story would delve into some of the more complex story line features, bloom a few bland areas, and add some much-needed passion to the fire raging between Lana and Aixara. Kudos to SWTOR as well for adding such breadth to their game. Love is life, and we could definitely use more! I also have tried to fix the comments section, I had restricted it during my editing phase, but now it won't allow me to change it to open comments. Fell free to leave them anyway!

Opal es una jovencita que sale y es novia de la mariscal de campo, Korra, ambas se quieren con locura pero Opal oculta un triste secreto, está muy enferma pero esconde muy bien su terrible y doloroso padecimiento aunque ahora que está entrando en fase terminal, lo que menos quiere es que ver sufrir a su amada jugadora por lo que idea un alocado y romántico plan para que Korra no sufra la soledad de su ausencia al momento de su partida así que decide que la mejor solución es que Korra debe tener a alguien más, por lo que no hay mejor candidata que su mejor amiga Asami, y es a través de varias citas estratégicamente planeadas que el amor surge lenta y clandestinamente entre Korra y Asami pero el único problema es que Asami siente que traiciona a su MA al enamorarse de su tierna y atractiva novia además de que su lógica no la deja ser libre y vivir su amor, ¿podrá Asami dejarse llevar por sus sentimientos y emociones una vez en su vida?
