He wished he could strip off this ridiculous costume and cry out to her: Tarot cards are all deceitful; don't listen to any false gods. Yet here he remained, locked in her unwavering gaze, burdened by her profound and unyielding expectations, compelling him to continue playing this role.
He heard his own unfamiliar voice saying, "Arima-san, as an idol, you probably haven't had the opportunity for a boyfriend, have you? Please, draw five cards."

Aqua belatedly realized that the screen behind her had lit up. On the screen, Arima Kana, wearing a performance outfit and standing with her B-Komachi teammates, had spotted him in the crowd. The moment she sang the Sign wa B, she flashed a determined smile and pointed her finger at him.
Hoshino Aqua suddenly realized that when he faced Arima Kana, he rarely thought of Ai.
After all, they were worlds apart.
