    Scar, better known as the beloved superhero Hot Guy, has been doing this gig for almost twenty years now, protecting the city from the dangerous creatures and machines released from the under-city by hybrids and mutants bent on causing chaos and mayhem just for the sake of it. Or so, that’s the information he’s running on, which he recognizes is a little skewed, but he has no choice but to go with it.

    That is, until an avian hybrid picks up the vigilante lifestyle and wedges himself into Scar’s daily hero-ing duties with annoying persistence.

    Maybe he needs to rethink his career choices after all. Getting saved from being crushed by a collapsing building after a green monster exploded by a beautiful man with wings wearing thigh highs and heels would certainly do that to a person.

    {In which Scar is trying to balance listening to his conscience with doing his job, Grian is having more fun flirting than he is fighting, and things always go back to the status quo, day by day…even if they don’t always want them too.}

    After surviving nightmares, code-attacks, and amorous Brazillians, Philza Minecraft, father of two eggs (and one absentee musician) is bone-achingly tired. He wants nothing more than a break from the horrors of Isla Quesadilla, and to be reunited with his partner, the reaper Missa Sinfonia. When the man himself returns home one day, they find themselves engaging in a much-needed conversation, bringing to light Phil's self-destructive habits and lack of self-care. Through love, determination, and a lot of bravery, Missa breaks through Phil's stubborn nature, convincing Philza to accept some much-needed TLC and to confront his own repressed feelings as a result.
