In the name of international magical cooperation, an outside party was selected to be an impartial judge for the Triwizard Tournament. The reality that this judge just so happens to be the notorious Dark Lady Dimitrescu, supposed bogeyman of the Wizarding world, who is set to live at Hogwarts for the school year makes it seem as though the world has finally gone mad.
Harry Potter, surprisingly, benefits from this.

This is the entire DLC, but Alcina is playing a role in helping rose like Ethan is. However, Alcina and rose are both being helped by Ethan escape her own castle, finding all the masks and solving puzzles.
...If she can even call it her own castle anymore... Ugh. The amount of slimy mold that is everywhere is absolutely atrocious. Rose would agree, aswell.
