I just wanna thank seirve on Ao3 for allowing me to pick up this story when it was discontinued, I hope it's too your liking!
Todays is where thanksgiving break starts, most kids at my school are with their families. You don't have anyone to spend it with, especially after the alien invasion and it's super awkward invading any of your friend's thanksgiving and eating like some stray.
so you decided to pick up a job that was offered to you.
You usually do these jobs for 'Big Mama' for money, that's how you were still somehow paying the bills of your crappy apartment. Usually as an assassin, is it cruel shooting arrows at people, yes, does it pay the bills, yes. Pro's somehow manage to outweigh the Con's at this point, and you're too far to go back now.
This time she wants you to steal from these turtles you heard about, a cloaking broach they stole first apparently. Easy as pie, sneak into an abandon train station, find and take back the broach without them finding, get your 1,000. What could go wrong?
